Time Audit Sheet

Have you ever finished a day of work and wondered where all the time went?

Sometimes we feel busy and think we're doing important things, but when it's time to call it a day, we're unsure about how we actually spent our time. I've experienced many days like that, and it's not a great feeling.

One way I found to overcome this is by doing something called a time audit.

A time audit involves keeping a record of our daily activities. It allows us to examine and analyze how we currently spend our time compared to how we desire to spend it.

Expectations vs Reality

To do my time audit, I created a time audit sheet that breaks down the day into 30-minute intervals.

By tracking my activities for a week or more, I am able to identify which activities take up most of my time. This awareness has helped me find ways to be more efficient and increase my productivity.
